All About: The 2011 Japanese Earthquake

 About our earthquake

    Japan's earthquake was in Honshu, Japan. The population was 103,000,000. The current death toll is about 25,000 and is expected to increase. This earthquakes had a magnitude of 8.9, it was so huge it trigered a tsunami. Many people were affected by this earthquake, so were animals and vegitation. Rescuers are struggling to find survivors, the death toll is the strongest record in Japan and scheduled to go only up.  There was around 200 to 300 bodies found on the waterline of Sendai, yet the count  increases; they are still finding bodies everywhere. Japan's $5 trillion economy (third most expensive), was destroyed by this lurid earthquake and tsunami.
